The build team: a stable 2–5 person crew (frontend, backend, DevOps), committed for at least 3 months.
Engineering: architecture, code, testing, release, and ongoing technical maintenance.
Delivery cadence: one progress sync per week, milestone demos you can actually click.

Nobody pays

No Cash Upfront

No membership, deposit or training fee from us — no fee under any name.
No upfront development cost from you: your engineering hours are your equity, paid back from revenue.
Servers, model APIs and other direct costs are covered by product revenue first, before the split.

How the money splits

Net revenue = product revenue − direct costs (servers, model APIs, distribution)

Us 50% · product & growthDev team 50% · engineering & delivery

Settled monthly, paid by the 10th of the following month; both sides can audit the numbers.

The ratio is negotiable based on actual effort — 40 : 60 when engineering carries more weight.

If one side exits, revenue share on the live product continues for 12 months, then settles.

We are not looking for another dev shop

We are looking for partners who can judge whether anyone will actually pay for this. Six hard requirements:

Shipped products, with links we can open. We only work with teams that have delivered — decks and resumes alone don't qualify.

You can read the market, not just take tickets. If you think our direction is wrong, you must be able to say exactly why and what to change. That is the whole point.

Full-stack ownership. You can take it from zero to live — architecture, code, deploy, monitoring — without us hiring anyone else.

Demo-able MVP in 4–8 weeks. Core loop first, polish later, with visible progress every single week.

You will sign a one-page agreement. It covers three things only: revenue split, IP ownership, exit terms. Code and brand belong to the project entity; exit is settled against proven contribution.

Fluent in English or Chinese. At least one sync per week, and both sides sign off on major decisions.

Why are you 30% cheaper than market? Is quality compromised?

Two reasons: fully remote with no office or sales-team overhead, and mature codebases across all 28 AI tracks so we never bill you to reinvent the wheel. Core members come from OpenAI, Google and top-tier Chinese tech; every delivery includes internal review plus a 60-day bug-fix warranty.

Is the quote final? Any mid-project price increases?

No. Before signing we break requirements into a feature list written into the contract at a fixed all-in price. New requirements added mid-project are quoted separately and only proceed with your approval.

Who owns the source code and IP?

You do, 100%. Delivery includes complete source code, deployment docs and technical docs, with the GitHub repo created under your own organization.

Payment methods?

USD settlement or bank transfer. Standard schedule is 30-40-30: signing, mid-project demo, acceptance.

How long does delivery take?

Validation demo in as fast as 12 hours; marketing sites 1-2 weeks, AI product MVP 4-8 weeks, private deployment or model training quoted per scope. Every project starts with a written schedule and milestone-based payments.

What is the relationship between kaifaai.app and 51kaifa.app?

How do you keep AI agent projects from going off the rails?

Every agent project ships with an eval set: accuracy, hallucination rate and refusal boundaries are all quantified, and delivery includes a reproducible quality report. An agent without evals is superstition — we don't ship superstition.
