Terms of Service
1. How pricing works
The prices published on this site are standard starting prices per track. A formal quote comes after scoping: a written feature list with one fixed total, written into the contract. Anything outside that list is quoted separately and only started after you approve it — we don't build first and bill later.
2. Payment schedule
Standard schedule is 30% / 40% / 30%: signing, mid-project demo, acceptance. USD wire or bank transfer. Larger projects can be split into more milestones.
3. Source code and IP
On delivery, everything is yours: full source, deployment docs and technical docs, with the GitHub repo created under your own organization. We keep the right to reuse our generic components and internal tooling, and we never reuse your business logic elsewhere.
4. Schedule and changes
You get a written schedule before kickoff, tracked by milestone. Delays caused by us are not billed. Delays caused by scope changes are confirmed with you before we proceed.
5. Warranty
60 days of free bug fixing after delivery for anything in the acceptance list. New requirements, third-party service changes, or issues introduced by your own edits are outside the warranty — we'll still help on a time basis.
6. Quality, evaluation and security
Every project ships with an internal evaluation set and a code review pass before handover. If you need a formal third-party penetration test or compliance report, we can coordinate a specialist firm; their fee goes directly to them with no markup from us.
7. Referral rewards
Register the referral before the project starts. Within 7 business days after acceptance we pay the referrer 5% of the project value in USD settlement; the referred client gets 3% off their first project. No cap on count or amount. Self-referrals don't count.
8. What we don't do
- No community ops, fake volume or data fabrication, or anything that misleads users or investors;
- No projects intended for illegal use;
- No promises about commercial outcomes beyond the agreed scope of delivery.
9. Confidentiality
Project information is confidential by default and never shown publicly as a case study without your written consent.
10. Misc
Where these terms differ from the signed contract, the contract wins. Updates are dated on this page.
